The "One Car Per Day" Standard
We intentionally limit our schedule to just one vehicle every 24 hours. Why? Because excellence can’t be rushed. This model allows us to focus entirely on the details that others miss, ensuring that every vent is sanitized and every inch of paint is treated with precision. When your car is in our shop, it is the only priority we have.
Phase 1: The Scientific Consultation & Prep (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
We don’t just grab a hose and start. Every detail begins with an assessment.
Condition Analysis: We inspect the paint for defects and the interior for specific material types (leather, Alcantara, synthetic) to determine the correct steam temperature and pressure.
Debris Extraction: A high-powered vacuuming of the entire cabin to remove loose particles before the steam process begins.
Phase 2: Thermal Exterior Restoration (11:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
We use “Dry Steam” technology to lift Vancouver’s road salt, moss, and grime.
The Steam Lift: Using targeted steam, we emulsify dirt on the surface, allowing it to be wiped away with ultra-premium microfibers—zero “blasting” involved.
Intricate Areas: We use specialized steam nozzles to clean the spots traditional washes miss: door jams, fuel caps, grill honeycombs, and window seals.
Phase 3: Deep Interior Sanitization (12:30 PM – 1:30 PM)
This is where our “Always Testing” mindset shines. We don’t just mask odors; we eliminate them.
Vapor Extraction: We use 212°F steam to penetrate deep into upholstery and carpets, killing 99% of bacteria, allergens, and dust mites.
Surface Conditioning: Dashboards and consoles are steam-cleaned and treated with UV-protectants that we’ve vetted for their non-greasy, factory-matte finish.
Glass Clarity: A multi-step steam and wipe process to ensure a streak-free view of the North Shore mountains.
Phase 4: The Final "Precision" Pass (1:30 PM – 2:30 PM)
The final 60 minutes are dedicated to the details that separate a “wash” from a “detail.”
Quality Control Check: We use high-intensity LED lighting to inspect every surface for missed spots or streaks.
Final Protection: Application of a high-grade wax or sealant (selected based on our latest research) to lock in the shine and protect against BC rain.
The Hand-Off: We walk you through the results, explaining exactly what was done and how to maintain the finish.
